I understand that life happens so please communicate as soon as possible if you are running late especially if you are a traveling client to avoid cancellation.

Clients are allowed a 15 minute grace period.
After 15 mins a $30 late fee will be charged.
After 30 mins a $50 late fee will be charged.
If there is no communication after 10 mins of your appointment start time or you are more than 1 hour late your appointment will be cancelled.
