What is your refund and return policy? 

Due to the nature of the product and the time it takes to prepare, NO REFUNDS or RETURNS will be accepted. If there are any issues with service or hair please contact me immediately to find solutions. I cannot offer refunds or money back, however; I am more than happy to fix any issues. Concerns raised within four weeks of service will be addressed and potentially resolved at no additional cost. For issues reported after this four-week period, a service charge may be applicable. It’s important to note that this is a general guideline. We assess each situation individually, taking into account the specific circumstances of each client to determine the most appropriate course of action.
