What is your rescheduling policy?

This policy is designed to maintain fairness and efficiency in our scheduling, especially given past instances of multiple rescheduling causing missed opportunities for other clients.

1. One-Time Rescheduling: We offer the flexibility to reschedule your appointment once. This should be done within 30 days of the original appointment date.

2. Rescheduling Beyond 30 Days: If you need to move your appointment past 30 days from the original date, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. This fee is required to confirm the new date and is separate from the total balance owed.

3. Second Rescheduling: Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that. If a second rescheduling is necessary, the appointment will need to be prepaid. This includes:
• Within 30 Days: A $50 rescheduling fee and 50% of the total balance owed.
• Beyond 30 Days: A $50 rescheduling fee and the full balance owed.

4. Non-Refundable Policy: Please remember that all payments made are non-refundable, in line with our cancellation policy.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. They are key in allowing us to offer the best service to you and all our clients.

What is your Cancellation Policy? 

If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so using the links provided in your reminder emails. If you're unable to find it contact me at your earliest convenience so that I may change or cancel the appointment for you. If you cancel in advance of 24 hours a new booking fee is required. If you cancel the same day of your appointment, you will be required to prepay in full for your future appointments.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, So please communicate at your earliest convenience so that your are not prohibited from future booking.

ALL NO CALL/NO SHOWS will not be able to make appointments and will be banned from the booking system.
